STUDIO MINI SESSIONS INFORMATION

DATE: FRIDAY AUGUST 1st, 2025

PARKING:

Once you’ve arrived, you can find parking on the street (on 600 East) or park in the Parking Lot located at 620 simpson ave (across from the Kung Fu building).

• After you park, Walk west on Simpson Ave, cross the street and continue along the Trax sidewalk towards 575 e.

 **Please arrive on time.

Your session is 20 minutes. Late arrival will result in less shooting time for your session. (plan time to park and walk to the studio and be ready to go 5 minutes before your shoot time)

SHOOT PREP:

-      Bring as many outfits as you would like (1-2 looks is recommended)

-      Please come prepared with 3-5 dance poses to help make the most of your session time. (Feel free to bring inspo shots, and practice your poses/tricks before your shoot)

PHOTOS: 

-      Rate includes 10 edited digital images delivered via online gallery edited in both color and black and white

-      Proof gallery is included . Proof Gallery will be made available within 5 days.

• Client will make selections from the proof gallery.

**Client is required to notify Summer that selections have been finalized via text or email. Once selections have been made, final gallery will be delivered within 10 business days

-      Additional images may be purchased from the proof gallery for $15 per image. (If you would like additional photos, simply include them in your final selects and an invoice will be sent for the extra photos. selected photos will be included in your final gallery)

**bulk rate available if client wishes to purchase entire gallery. ask summer for details if you wish to purchase all images without making selects.

-      Includes Personal use print release, so you can print/post photos as much as you like.

-      Final gallery will be delivered within 10 business days of clients’ selections being made final (provided there are no outstanding invoices).

Additional Policies:

*1) All images must be downloaded from online gallery within 14 days of delivery. The gallery will not be available for download after the 14 days from the date the photos are delivered. Upon receiving the gallery, client accepts all responsibility for downloading and protecting the digital images. Photographer is not responsible for permanently archiving image files, and will not be responsible for storing images beyond this 14 day time period. Once photos are downloaded, it is recommended that the client save the images to at least two different locations to avoid losing images. In the event that the client loses images, the photographer may be able to recover them from archives for a recovery fee of $100. Photographer does not guarantee that images can be recovered after the 14 day period from the date of the delivery.

*2) If client anticipates the delivery of any specific shots, client must communicate the requested shots to the photographer in a timely manner, and she will do her best accommodate + deliver the requested shots, however No specific shots (even if requested) are guaranteed to be delivered from sessions.

*3) Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion and delivered images in proof galleries and/or final galleries  may not include all images shot. Photographer reserves the right to release only the images she selects to release.

*4) Delivered digital images are given to client professionally edited. If there is specific retouching requested by client beyond what photographer has provided after the delivery of the gallery, or retouching/photoshop requests made that go beyond photographer's regular retouching procedures, request may be able to be accommodated for an additional fee.  Any additional retouching service will be available based on photographer’s availability and discretion.

*5) Client will have 7 days after gallery delivery to make photographer aware of any issue, discrepancy, technical problem or other complaint regarding photos or anything related to the session, or final delivery of photos from sessions. After 7 days from delivery Photographer will no longer be accountable or obligated to client for any corrections, damages, re-edits, etc.

*6) Client agrees to be on time to sessions. Client is responsible for getting him/herself and his/her group to the session location.

*7) Photographer is not responsible for the personal overall appearance of client. Client is responsible for personal styling, makeup, hair, skin, and hygiene.

*8) Photographer maintains the copyright to all images taken by her (or photographers affiliated with her if applicable), and reserves the right to use images for any and all purposes including but not limited to publishing on website and social media, and submitting to publications. Client may not sell or use photographs for non-personal use. 

*9) Photographer is not responsible for loss or damages to clothing or any other items during shoots  or in traveling to or from locations. Photographer is not liable for personal injury to clients occurring while shooting or traveling to or from the shoot. Client is responsible for her/his own safety and well being at all times

-Indemnification. Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Photographer and her affiliates, employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to Services and/or product(s) Photographer provides to Client.

*10) At no point will any raw or unedited jpg files be released to the client.

*11) If client would like to buy out the copyright to the photos owned by Summer Soelberg the amount is $100 per image for the right to alter images and use beyond personal reasons. Ownership also gives client the right to approve publication of images. (i.e. if client would like photos from this event to be unpublished by photographer, purchase of the rights and ownership to the photos will be required to grant client that power of approval).

*12) Client is responsible to pay any Damage fees, or fines incurred while shooting

*13) Photographer is not responsible for the affect in the final product of weather, poorly applied makeup (i.e. highlighter on nose causing nose to be blown out), or any other part of any specific photo, and any other circumstances outside of her control at the time of sessions.

*14) If photos are lost from a session and the promised amount of photos cannot be delivered, photographer will offer to schedule a re-shoot of the session or compensate in the form of refund. Photographer is not liable for loss of images due to technical malfunctions of equipment, theft, act of god, or other extenuating circumstances outside of her control beyond what is outlined in this item.

*15) Photographer has the right to general safety and reasonable comfort. Photographer reserves the right to leave the event or shoot in the case of harassment or disrespectful treatment, and any form of perceived danger or discomfort. Photographer reserves the right to take breaks throughout the or shoot to use the restroom, check equipment, eat, etc. at her discretion. Should weather or other environmental circumstances become hazardous to photo equipment or photographer, photographer reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue service.

*16) Due to the nature of the photographer’s business and work, holidays and other extenuating circumstances may result in late deliveries of galleries. In the highly unlikely event that this takes place photographer will notify client in timely manner (before the end of the day on the date of expected delivery). 

*17) Non-Disclosure- Client agrees not to discuss terms, policies, payments, rates, or any other details. of this agreement with any persons not included in, affected by, or affiliated with this agreement. Specifically including but not exclusively limited to: other industry vendors, photographers, clients, or business owners.

*18) Limit of Liability - Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages he or she is entitled to in any claim relating to this Agreement or Services provided in this Agreement are not to exceed the Total Cost of Services provided by Summer Soelberg. 

*19) Cancelation of shoot By Photographer - Should emergency situation require the photographer to cancel the Mini Sessions, they will be either rescheduled or the payments made will be refunded

*20) Cancelation of shoot by client- Should client cancel shoot for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
