WHAT IS A MINI SESSION?
A Mini Session is a photo session, offered at a discounted rate, on a specific date at a specific location. These sessions are generally 20-30 minutes, and are usually announced on instagram. Spots are limited and fill up relatively fast! So if you plan on booking a mini session, watch for bookings to open and don’t wait to claim your spot!
**Family Mini sessions are ideal for families with young children (and adults too;)) who have a short amount of picture-stamina.
ANNUAL OUTLINe
*Note that while these mini sessions are almost always offered annually around the described times of the year, none are guaranteed. Some time-frames and availability may vary depending on my wedding, commercial, and photo education schedule.
January:
Boudoir Minis
This round of mini sessions will be in studio, and geared towards boudoir, but all couple’s and individual portrait sessions are also welcome to book! Photos will be delivered in time for Valentines Day—and boudoir photo books make the PERFECT gift!

April:
Senior Portraits
In addition to the one day of mini sessions (approximately 6 sessions available) I also be offer a few full senior sessions depending on my schedule. Full sessions include 35 edited images at a location of your choice
Fall:
Minis
Outdoors
These minis are your last chance for outdoor pictures on Christmas cards! They will be held sometime between September and October and be open to all types of portraits (Family Photos, Mommy + baby, couples, individuals, etc.)
Winter:
Minis
In-Studio
These minis will be held indoors—perfect for getting your last minute Christmas Card photo without braving the cold winter weather! They will take place in November. This day of minis will be open to all portraits (Families, Couples, individuals, boudoir, newborn, etc.) However the location will be selected with couples and families in mind.
I get so many requests throughout each year for Family Photos, Newborn Photos, Senior Pictures, Boudoir, and other miscellaneous photo sessions! Sometimes it can be difficult to fit them in around my Commercial, Wedding, and Education Clients! Mini Sessions are the best way I have found to fit all those session requests into my schedule—plus they are a GREAT value for the people who book them! (mini sessions are generally close to half the cost of a regular session, and any studio fees or location fees are waived)
